Rector
The Rev. Phillip J. Harris has served as our priest since 2013 and was made Rector in 2017. Fr. Phillip graduated from the Virginia Theological Seminary. Before coming to St. James he served as Rector of St. Phillip’s Episcopal Church in Circleville, Ohio, for ten years.
